This project is located east of I-95 along Montevideo Drive in Jessup, Maryland. The shell structure includes two parts. The front is configured as a two story office building with the rear as a high-bay testing laboratory. The structure is tilt-up concrete with stone accents and canopy structure along the entry facace with simple detailing along the sides and rear of the structure.
