This project is located along Route 606 (future Loudoun County Parkway) west of Dulles International Airport. Each structure was designed utilitzing tilt-up concrete shell with thin brick inlays. The shell buildings were designed as individual condominiums with second floors covering approximately 1/3 of the floors below. Glazed storefronts were provided at the main entrance on the first and upper level. Each condo was built out to a level that allowed occupany as a Business Use. Condo purchasers could immediately move in, finish the interior work and begin business operations. The site included 8 phases � each with two structures. Individual buildings ranged from xx.xxx gsf to xx,xxx gsf.
