The project site is located to the east of I-66 and Route 28 & 29 in Centreville, Virginia. The project is part of a larger suburban Class A master plan which features a variety of structures as well as a large spring fed pond. The architecture of the project includes pre-cast concrete, light gray masonry and metal elements. Trinity II features a large curvilinear roof form that is mirrored by Trinity I and prominent to I-66. The lobby is conformed by curved and elliptical plans with black and gray granite floors as well as highly articulated American Black Cherry walls.
