The project site is located to the north of Potomac Mills Mall, and immediately west of I-95 in Dale City, Virginia. Because of the site slope the building's rectangular form has split-level entrances at the front and rear. Each entrance bay is accented with additional details as well as articulated roof elements. The lobby is elliptical in shape and provides a glass two story volume to link the multiple split-entries.
