Project included master planning of over 20 acres as part of a 300 acre institutional development. ASF facility designed as a gently curving structure which was oriented to a demonstration watershed meadow. The two wings of the structure met at the curved reception lobby. This area integrated an exhibition hall with information desk and engineering consultation desk all set in an environment that allowed full view of the watershed beyond. In addition to institutional uses, public use of park is expected.
