The project site is immediately west of I-95 in Quantico, Virginia. This building is the third one for Standard Properties on the site. Designed as a simple rectangular form with offset masonry volumes and extended sunscreens that articulate and break the massing. Different masonry colors accentuate and enrich the drama of the building skin. The core features granite tile floors in the lobby, stainless steel elevator doors and details, granite and wood accent walls, and glazed suite entrances.
