Lobby build-out for new xxx,xxx gsf office in King Street area.

The project required careful study of separate office and garage elevator core as well as other public space requirements (mail, concierge, etc.) for new corner entrance configuration. Solution involved organizing circular forms with radiating lobbies. Multi-planar ceiling and floor paving carefully coordinated along with stone and wood wall veneers.
