Located in Dulles, Virginia this facility was the first fully computerize, manless storage facility of it's kind in North America. In order to achieve the project requirements the Design Team had to design the third tallest tilt panels lifted in the United States (66'-9") at that time. These large panels allow for a 57' clear column fear space where the 20' ISO containers can be pick and placed on the trucks by a highly specialize computer operated DEMAG crane. The project was one of the first industrial buildings in the United States to be recognized by the National Audubon Society at a natual habitat.
