The project included master planning of a 36 acre site designed to include 3 office/lab structures along with a structured parking garage. Building 200 is a 5 story, 200,000gsf office/lab building. The façade is composed of pre-cast with thin brick inlays juxtaposed with metal panels to achieve a series of smaller massings in the overall rectangular structure. The project included full design of a two story lobby with integration of security, cafeteria, and conference center as well as 450 offices and teaming rooms. This project is designed to achieve LEED NC-Gold. Contract documents were produced using BIM technology.
